UNODC Report to the Security Council on Haiti
UNODC's periodic report to the UN Security Council on arms trafficking and illicit finance in Haiti.
Each report describes the routes by which weapons and ammunition enter Haiti, the seizures and cases reported by states, the illicit financial flows behind the gangs, and the technical assistance UNODC is providing.
The Council sets the reporting interval and has changed it, so each edition is titled by the month of issue. Read it with the UN Panel of Experts on Haiti, a separate body reporting under the sanctions regime.
