BMPAD Info Bulletins

Information bulletins from BMPAD, the Haitian office that monetizes development aid and manages fuel importation.

BMPAD is the office that monetizes development aid and, in practice, manages fuel importation and the account behind it. Each bulletin covers fuel supply and cargo arrivals, the financing arrangements involved, and the programs funded from the proceeds.

BMPAD sits at the junction of fuel pricing and the public finances, so an institutional bulletin from it is fiscally relevant.
