Haitian Civil Aviation Regulations (RACH)

Each part is a dated edition of one regulation: general provisions, rules of the air, registration, airworthiness, maintenance, equipment, operations, air operator certification, foreign operators, aerial work, air navigation services, aerodromes, search and rescue, meteorology, safety management, CNS and ATS.

OFNAC re-issues a part as a new edition or an amendment when the rule changes. The published set skips some part numbers, which is how OFNAC numbers the parts.
