General Budget of Haiti

The annual budget law of Haiti as published by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, with the framing letters the Primature sends to open the cycle and the annexes issued with the law: the revenue forecast, appropriation ceilings by ministry and by category, and the investment program.

The fiscal year runs from October to September, so a budget named for two calendar years takes effect on the first of October of the earlier one. Amending laws passed during the year are held in Amended Budget Laws of Haiti; the executive's proposal is in Draft Finance Law (MEF).
