DINEPA Safeguard Instruments

Each instrument is prepared for one project as the works are designed: an environmental and social study, a management plan, a consultation plan or a livelihood restoration plan. It names the site, the affected people and what the works will disturb.

Together they are the closest thing to a public record of where the sector has been building and on whose land. Read them with the DINEPA Budget & Execution Reports that finance the works.
