CNMP Annual Procurement Plans (PAPMP)

One record per institution and fiscal year, on the standard CNMP form, with the general procurement notice that announces it. A plan lists each intended contract with its object, financing source, budget line, amount, procurement mode and whether CNMP prior control applies. A revised plan is filed as a separate record.

Read across institutions, the plans are the forward-looking record of what the Haitian state intends to buy. Compare them with the CNMP Annual Activity Report, which reports what was awarded. The CNMP circular held in the corpus requires their publication.
