IDB Country Program Evaluations for Haiti

The evaluations are written by the Bank's Office of Evaluation and Oversight and not by the department that runs the program. Each covers one period of the country program; an approach paper that set the questions for one of them is held with them.

Read as a run they give one lender's portfolio in Haiti assessed by a consistent method, across the aid freeze, the political transition, the earthquake, the cancellation of Haiti's debt to the Bank and the move to an all-grant program.
