Post-Cyclone Communal Recovery Plans (PRRNU)

Each plan works at the scale a mayor governs. It maps the commune's hazards, divides the territory into zones that may be built on, built on subject to mitigation works, or left unbuilt, and sets out the recovery priorities agreed with the mairie.

On the publisher's page each plan comes with a zoning regulation, a zoning map and a hazard sheet, which are recorded as source attachments. The plans are the municipal counterpart to the Matthew PDNA sector volumes, which assess the same event nationally.
