MEF Public External Debt Tables

The ministry's annual compilation of public sector external debt: stocks by creditor, splitting multilateral, bilateral and commercial lenders, with disbursements, amortization and interest for the year and the currency composition. Each edition is a monthly stock table for one fiscal year.

It is the national statement of who Haiti owes and on what terms, and it carries the effect of debt relief and of the PetroCaribe obligations. Read it with the MEF Fiscal Operations Table (TOFE), which shows the financing side of the balance.
