MESICIC Review Reports on Haiti

Each report reviews how Haiti implements the convention on the themes of the round and closes with recommendations. Haiti joined the mechanism after its first rounds had run, so each report covers two rounds at once: one takes the first and fourth together, on standards of conduct, conflicts of interest, asset declarations and the oversight bodies; the next takes the second and fifth, on the hiring of public officials and government procurement.

It is the periodic external assessment of Haiti's anti-corruption institutions under a treaty standard.
