Communal and Departmental Development Plans

Each plan covers one commune: a communal development plan (PCD) setting priorities and investments, or a communal public-service financing plan (PFC). Regional frames covering several departments are held alongside them.

The series is ordered by place, region then department then commune, and a commune keeps its successive planning editions and its different instruments. The wider set of local planning material, including urban plans and school maps, is indexed under Local Planning Documents by Geography.
