Local Planning Documents by Geography

A geographic index of local planning material: regional frames, department-level documents, communal development plans (PCD) and communal financing plans (PFC), UN-Habitat urban plans and profiles, local land notebooks, risk diagnostics and MENFP commune school mapping documents.

Membership is derived from the place tokens on each document, and the original publisher is kept on every one. Generic national planning and policy documents are excluded unless they can be placed at region, department or commune level. The statutory commune plans are also held as Communal and Departmental Development Plans.
