Haitian Constitutions and Amendments

The series holds Haiti's constitutional texts of the modern period, the laws amending them, and the draft constitution prepared by the Comité de Pilotage de la Conférence Nationale for popular ratification.

Read in sequence, the texts show what each settlement changed and what the replacement project proposes to undo. The decrees organizing a referendum on a draft are held separately as Constitutional Referendum Decrees.
