Commune School Mapping (MENFP)

Commune school-network plans, one per commune, produced for the MENFP with IDB financing. Despite the name, these are planning reports on a single template: a diagnosis of access, service quality and the use of resources; projections of the school-age population and of enrollment; and proposals for reorganizing the school network, covering norms, catchment areas, infrastructure, teachers, textbooks and the cost of schooling.

Each report carries two annexes: a directory of every school in the commune, and a list of its teachers with their training profiles. For national statistics, read the school statistics yearbook and the departmental school registers.
