CSCCA Report on the Budget Settlement Law

Each report compares what Parliament authorized with what the accounts show was collected and spent, certifies or refuses to certify the general account, and states the discrepancies and unsupported balances found.

Without it a fiscal year is never formally closed. Read it after the CSCCA Budget Execution Report for the same year, and compare it with the finance law that opened the year.
