ANARSE Annual Report

Each report covers the fiscal year of the Autorité Nationale de Régulation du Secteur de l'Énergie: the electrification projects and surveys it ran, its mini-grid and rural-access work, and its financial account.

Read it with PHARES: Proposed and Selected Localities for the regulator's mini-grid program and with the ANARSE Regional Network Map Sheets for the planned regional grids.
