Constitutional Referendum Decrees

Each edition is a decree organizing a popular vote on a new constitution: the referendum decree issued under President Jovenel Moïse and the referendum decree of the Conseil Présidentiel de Transition, the instrument for the ratification vote run by the CEP.

A referendum decree is the procedural instrument; the constitutional texts themselves are held under Haitian Constitutions and Amendments. Implementing decrees convoking voters belong here when issued.
