ANARSE's record of the localities proposed and selected for PHARES solar mini-grids in rural Haiti.
PHARES is ANARSE's program for solar mini-grids in rural and peri-urban areas a regional grid will not reach in the short term. ANARSE republished this record as its first competitive window progressed, so the editions read as a sequence: the pipeline inherited at launch, then the bidders and the localities each proposed, then which of those advanced to full proposals.
Each edition annexes the sites served by EDH as ineligible, which is where the program's off-grid boundary is drawn: a site where EDH operates generation, distribution or commercial service is excluded whatever the regularity of that service. Read it with the PHARES mini-grids map layer.
