MEF Budget Annexes

The annexes published with Haiti's annual budget: the explanatory statement setting out the government's fiscal reasoning, the detailed appropriations below the headline ceilings, the public investment program project by project, and the tables on debt, transfers and public bodies.

The budget law states the totals; the annexes are where the composition can be read. Read them with the General Budget of Haiti and the MEF Budget Execution Table (TEB).
