Each issue treats one monetary or financial topic for a non-specialist reader: how the policy rate works, what reserve requirements do, how the exchange market is organized, what a treasury bill is, how mobile money is supervised.
They are the bank's statement of how its instruments are meant to function. The technical studies are in the BRH Research Paper series.
