Better Work Compliance Synthesis Report
Better Work Haiti's twice-yearly ILO report on labor compliance in Haiti's apparel factories under HOPE II.
Each report assesses every participating factory on the same clusters, including wages, hours, contracts, freedom of association and occupational safety, and names non-compliance factory by factory.
The ILO produces it under the HOPE II legislation, which ties US trade preferences for Haitian apparel to labor standards.
