Minimum Wage Decrees

Haiti's minimum wage is set by arrêté of the executive and revised irregularly, so the run of decrees is the continuous public record of the rate and of the sectors each revision covered. Each entry is one arrêté as published in Le Moniteur.

The wage matters most for the garment sector, where it is a term of trade. Read it against the labor market material in the IHSI series and the IMF Article IV Consultation.
