CONATEL Regulatory Decisions

Each entry is a regulatory decision of the Organe Exécutif du CONATEL, numbered in the OE-CNT-DEC series and binding on licensed operators. Most are held as the issue of Le Moniteur that published them, which is how they are cited; one is a standalone publication of the regulator.

Between them they cover emergency call routing, broadcast content, call centres, SIM-card purchaser identification, the monthly statistical returns operators owe the regulator, unsolicited marketing, the disciplinary committee that hears a complaint, changes of control over a licence, antenna tower construction, and the sanctions for harmful interference.
