Each edition lists the projects programmed for the fiscal year, by sector and by implementing ministry, with the appropriation attached and the funding source split between the treasury and external financing, together with the revisions made during the year.

It is the capital half of the budget. Compare it with the budget law for the appropriations and with the execution reports for what was disbursed.
