Haiti's amending budget laws, which revise the annual budget during the fiscal year, from the MEF.

Amending budget laws, which revise the initial annual budget during the fiscal year. Each restates the revenue forecast and the appropriation ceilings by ministry, so comparing it with the original law shows what was reallocated, to whom, and how far the year's plan had moved from the one Parliament first approved.
