MSPP Safeguards Instruments

The CGES, cadre de gestion environnementale et sociale, screens sub-projects and sets mitigation and monitoring. The CPRP, or cadre de réinstallation, sets eligibility, compensation, valuation and grievance handling before any displacing works. The PMPP is the stakeholder engagement plan, the ESCP a table of dated commitments under the World Bank's environmental and social standards, and the PGES a management plan for one program.

The projects covered are PASMISSI on maternal and child health, PROSYS on primary care and surveillance, and the COVID responses financed by the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank.
