CSCCA Opinions on Draft Contracts

Every such contract must pass the Superior Court of Auditors before signature. Each opinion records the documents the ministry supplied, the points of law and form the court raises, and whether it clears the contract.

The opinions are rarely published, so each one shows what the prior review examines. The court's period tables of contracts handled in bulk are filed separately, because they are counts. Read them with the CSCCA Judgment Summaries.
