Courrier Diplomatique (MAE)

The foreign ministry's record of Haitian diplomatic activity. Each issue opens with the minister's foreword and then lists the credentials presented, the visits received and made, and the speeches and joint communiqués of the period, reproduced in full.

It is the ministry's continuous published account of what Haitian diplomacy did in the fortnight or month covered, across the country's relations with CARICOM, the Association of Caribbean States and the financing institutions.
