One volume takes the supply side, siting candidate generation by technology; another takes regulation, institutions and tariffs, describing the pricing regime and EDH's finances and proposing a concession-based framework.

The volumes share a cover format, an acronym list and a running head, and they cross-refer to one another, so a reader who finds one has found part of a study. Capacity figures differ between volumes because some cover EDH's park only and others total national capacity including independent producers.
