MEF Emergency Program (PUM) Reports

MEF reporting on the Programme d'Urgence Multisectoriel, the emergency spending program run alongside the ordinary budget. Held here as one series are the report types the ministry publishes in parallel:

• disbursements made
• expenditure from Treasury resources
• expenditure from the World Bank Food Shock Window
• the consolidated expenditure report

Read together they show what the emergency program paid out and from which pocket, which the MEF Budget Execution Table (TEB) does not separate. Earlier emergency spending is in the MEF's COVID response expenditure series.
