Citizen's Budget (MEF)

The plain-language edition of the annual budget that the MEF publishes for a general reader, setting out where the money comes from and what it is allocated to without the line detail of the finance law. It is the ministry's main instrument of budget transparency towards the public.

Read it with the General Budget of Haiti, which carries the line detail it leaves out, and with the Amended Budget Laws of Haiti when a budget is revised during the year.
