Orders on the Electoral Council
Executive orders appointing the members of Haiti's Provisional Electoral Council (CEP).
Each order names the councillors appointed or replaced and the terms of their mandate. Together the orders say who holds electoral authority at a given moment.
Read them with the CEP Press Notes and the CEP Electoral Calendar, which record what the council does once constituted.
