BRH Circulars

The BRH's numbered circulars to the Haitian financial institutions it supervises.

The circulars are the operative prudential rules: capital and liquidity requirements, credit-risk and governance standards, reserve requirements, and foreign-exchange and transfer-house rules. Each is identified by its number and revision, which is how the BRH cites it.

They are binding on the institutions addressed. Read them with the BRH Prudential Norms and Guidance, the standing rulebook the circulars amend.
