Minimum Competencies Program (MENFP)

MENFP's minimum-competencies program for the nine years of fundamental education, issued through the Direction de l'Enseignement Fondamental, with one volume per grade. It was written to restart schooling after a crisis that closed schools across every department, and it sets out, grade by grade, the competencies a pupil must acquire when the school year cannot be taught in full.

The first six grades cover French communication, mathematics, experimental sciences and social sciences; the last three add English and Spanish. The later revision of the third cycle is held as the third-cycle programs.
