Gang Suppression Force press releases

Each release is the Force's statement on an engagement it took part in, including those in which it caused deaths. The releases are short and partial, and they are the mission's contemporaneous account.

They are held as primary evidence to compare with the human rights reporting of BINUH and OHCHR and with Haitian press accounts of the same incidents. Ceremonies, appointments and visits are excluded. The head of the Force's statements to the Council are held as GSF Briefings to the Security Council.
