Haiti PRSP and Progress Reports

A PRSP set out the government's poverty diagnosis, its policy priorities and the spending attached to them, and reaching one was the condition for debt relief and concessional lending. The progress reports track delivery against it year by year.

The PRSP framework has been retired, so the series is closed. The staff assessment of each paper is held as Haiti PRSP Joint Staff Advisory Note.
