This page presents the official reports on Haiti that the library holds, arranged by the institution that publishes them. Each document is recorded with its publisher, date, type and the page of the publisher's site where it was found, and recurring publications are grouped into series, so an annual report is read beside the editions before it. Where rights allow, the library keeps a copy and the document stays reachable after the publisher's copy disappears.
How the documents are arranged
A document belongs to a publisher, a type and one or more sectors, and most often to a series: the run of editions of one publication. A series page lists every known edition with its date, and the sector pages gather the documents and indicators of one domain. Search runs on the full text of the documents as well as their titles.

Institut Haïtien de Statistique et d'Informatique (IHSI)
IHSI is the national statistics office. It publishes the consumer price index bulletin each month, the short-term economic activity indicator bulletin each quarter, and each year a volume of population estimates by department and commune.
Banque de la République d'Haïti (BRH)
The central bank publishes an annual report with its statistical annex, a statistical bulletin on money, banks, public finance and the balance of payments, an inflation note that comments on the price index, and the circulars that set the rules for banks and foreign exchange operations.
Ministère de l'Économie et des Finances (MEF)
The MEF publishes each fiscal year's budget law and its amendments, the citizens' budget that gives a plain-language version of it, the monthly government financial operations table, the revenue and expenditure execution table, and the macroeconomic framework that accompanies the draft law. The budget portal gathers these documents with the tables extracted from them.
Cour Supérieure des Comptes et du Contentieux Administratif (CSCCA)
The audit court publishes the report on execution of each fiscal year's budget law, the opinion it gives on the draft budget law before the vote, and its rulings.
Ministries and sector agencies
The Ministère de la Santé Publique et de la Population (MSPP) publishes the weekly epidemiological surveillance report. The Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale et de la Formation Professionnelle (MENFP) publishes the detailed curricula for primary and secondary school and the register of schools by department. The Ministère de l'Agriculture (MARNDR) published the general agricultural census. The national energy regulator (ANARSE) publishes an annual report. The Conseil Électoral Provisoire (CEP) publishes the electoral decree and its orders.
IMF, World Bank and United Nations
The International Monetary Fund publishes the reports of its Article IV consultations and the reviews of its programs. The World Bank publishes twice a year the data sheet of the Macro Poverty Outlook and the poverty and equity brief. The Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs publishes the humanitarian bulletin, the International Organization for Migration the reports of its Displacement Tracking Matrix, and the United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti the human rights reports prepared with the Office of the High Commissioner.
Laws, decrees and regulations
The legal instruments, laws, decrees, orders and circulars, are gathered in the legal framework, arranged by type and date. The authoritative version is the one published in Le Moniteur; the copies here are reference copies, and the library does not track whether an instrument remains in force.
Citing and reusing a document
Cite the institution that published the document, with its title and date, and give the address of the page where you read it if you wish. Each document carries its publisher's license, and a copy kept by the library does not change it. A missing document, a wrong date or a misattributed publisher is reported through the contact form, naming the page concerned.
