The Bulletin des lois et actes is the official compilation of Haitian legislation, printed by the state as the Edition officielle of the Departement de la Justice. Each volume gathers the laws, decrees, arretes and contracts of a year in the order they were issued.

Schools, budget, labour and agriculture lead. This is the period of the SHADA rubber and sisal programme, when the state contracted large agricultural concessions for the war effort and displaced smallholders to do it.
