Orders Creating the Housing and Public Buildings Construction Unit (UCLBP) and Regulating the Tobacco Trade

Summary: Le Moniteur No. 117 of 18 July 2012, a special issue carrying several orders. The first creates the Housing and Public Buildings Construction Unit (UCLBP), the body that ran state housing and public building reconstruction after the 2010 earthquake.
