Arrêté nommant Enex Jean-Charles Secrétaire général du Conseil des Ministres, avec rang de ministre

Le Moniteur No. 117 of 18 July 2012, a special issue carrying several orders. The first creates the Housing and Public Buildings Construction Unit (UCLBP), the body that ran state housing and public building reconstruction after the 2010 earthquake. The second requires tobacco importers and producers to declare information on their products and tightens the regulatory framework for the cigarette trade. The issue also appoints Enex Jean-Charles Secretary General of the Council of Ministers with ministerial rank, grants Haitian nationality to three applicants, and authorises two adoptions.
