An executive draft bill of 31 August 2017 to renew for one year the state of emergency that an order of 30 June had declared for one month in the departments of Nippes, Sud, Grand'Anse and Nord-Ouest. The SGCM also holds the founding order, published in Le Moniteur of 5 July 2017. Recovered from the Secrétairerie Générale du Conseil des Ministres, which published the Executive's draft bills alongside enacted texts; the corpus held almost no draft legislation before this batch.
