Draft Law on the Taxation of Quarries

An executive draft bill of 27 February 2013 to establish a taxation system covering quarries, quarry materials and the hauliers who carry them, resting on the 1983 decree organizing the MTPTC and the 1984 decree regulating quarry operations. Recovered from the Secrétairerie Générale du Conseil des Ministres, which published the Executive's draft bills alongside enacted texts; the corpus held almost no draft legislation before this batch.
