The Bulletin des lois et actes is the official compilation of Haitian legislation, printed by the state as the Edition officielle of the Departement de la Justice. Each volume gathers the laws, decrees, arretes and contracts of a year in the order they were issued.
The volume for the later war years. Labour, budget, schools and agriculture lead, and the labour content is heavier than in any earlier volume, which is the legislative mark of a wartime economy directing agricultural labour.
