The Bulletin des lois et actes is the official compilation of Haitian legislation, printed by the state as the Edition officielle of the Departement de la Justice. Each volume gathers the laws, decrees, arretes and contracts of a year in the order they were issued.
Tome II of the 1938 volume, the continuation of Tome I.
Tax, labour, agriculture and customs lead. The two tomes were compared against each other by eight-word shingle containment and share nothing above the threshold, so they are the two halves of the year and not two printings of one text.
