Bulletin des lois et actes, 1936
- Covers 1936.
- Communal administration dominates this volume more than any other in the series.
- The compilation is the Edition officielle of the Département de la Justice, printed by the state.
- Instruments appear in the order they were issued, so the volume is the primary text for any law of the year.
The Bulletin des lois et actes is the official compilation of Haitian legislation, printed by the state as the Edition officielle of the Departement de la Justice. Each volume gathers the laws, decrees, arretes and contracts of a year in the order they were issued.
The volume for 1936, and the one to read on the communes.
Communal instruments appear more often here than in any other volume of the series, by a wide margin. The corpus holds the 1936 laws on deforestation, on the Cerisier and Plaisance catchment and on agricultural tenure from the FAOLEX harvest; this volume is the official edition of the same year's output, and it adds the communal material.
