Professional orders govern entry to law, medicine, engineering and accountancy in Haiti, so this decree sits behind the regulation of those professions. Signed 11 March 2020, published in Le Moniteur, 175th year, Special No. 20, of 7 August 2020, in an issue that also carries a correction notice for the decree creating the National Road Transport Authority.
