FY2024-2025 Annual Public Procurement Plan, MAST

The plan is filed on the CNMP standard form for fiscal year 2024-2025 and groups the planned contracts of the Ministère des Affaires Sociales et du Travail (MAST) in three sections. Section A, supplies and equipment, has four numbered lines, several split into lots: office equipment for the departmental directorates (HTG 18,500,000, PRAL, two lots including HTG 10,000,000 for ONART and its craft store), a further lot of office equipment for the departmental directorates (HTG 8,000,000, DEPX), solar energy equipment (HTG 40,500,000, open national tender AOON, with HTG 10,000,000 for the departmental directorates and HTG 30,500,000 for the Handi solaire project of the BSEIPH) and vehicles (HTG 67,320,000, AOON, mixed funds, in six lots: three all-terrain vehicles for the central office at HTG 16,320,000, one vehicle for the restructuring project at HTG 8,000,000, motorcycles for the departmental directorates at HTG 10,000,000, two vehicles for the UEP at HTG 17,000,000, one vehicle for the reception center at HTG 7,000,000 and one closed all-terrain vehicle for the Comité National de Lutte contre la Traite des Personnes at HTG 9,000,000). Section B, services, has four lines: a transport subsidy for beneficiaries of the youth socio-professional insertion project in the Ouest, Nord and Sud departments (HTG 29,650,000, direct agreement GRGR), creation and updating of a website for ONART (HTG 7,975,000, DEPX), a firm to publicize and promote program activities (HTG 14,000,000, PRAL) and a firm for monitoring, evaluation and training (HTG 6,000,000, DPNA). Section C, works, has one line for firms to refurbish the central office premises (HTG 235,000,000, AOON, mixed funds), split into a partial refurbishment lot (HTG 10,000,000, TF) and a refurbishment and extension lot for the building housing the MAST central office (HTG 225,000,000, TI).

CNMP a-priori control is marked yes for the solar equipment, the vehicles, the transport subsidy and the works, and no for the other lines. Launch is planned for July and signature for August or September; the year is not printed in the date columns. The form prints no total.
