Full Description

This annual public procurement plan (PAPMP) was filed by the Archives Nationales d'Haïti (ANH) with the Commission Nationale des Marchés Publics (CNMP) for fiscal year 2025-2026. The version is dated 19 November 2025 and the plan is signed in Port-au-Prince on the same date. The table lists 9 planned contracts, all located in Port-au-Prince. Marché # 03 : Se référant à l’article 34.1 de la loi du 10 juin 2009, le mode de passation adopté est le Gré à Gré, considérant l’unicité des fournisseurs à livrer à domicile et leur forte présence sur le territoire national ; l'importance de ces produits pour le bon fonctionnement des ANH et l’homogénéité des prix sur le marché national. Marche # 07 Tenant compte de l’article 34.1 de la loi du 10 juin 2009, le mode de passation adopte est le Gré à Gré, vu l’urgence de la mise à jour du système informatique de gestion de l’état civil (SIGEC 3) aux ANH. En outre, considérant que le fournisseur est à l’origine de la conception et du développement dudit système.
