FY2025-2026 Annual Public Procurement Plan, ANH

This annual public procurement plan (PAPMP) was filed by the Archives Nationales d'Haïti (ANH) with the Commission Nationale des Marchés Publics (CNMP) for fiscal year 2025-2026. Procurement modes are direct agreement (GRGR) for six lines, restricted national tender (AORN) for two and request for prices (DEPX) for one. CNMP a-priori control is marked Oui for seven lines. Financing is mixed funds (FM) for four lines, the Treasury operating budget (TF) for four and own funds (FP) for one. A justification page cites article 34.1 of the law of 10 June 2009 for each direct-agreement line: urgency and renewal of existing suppliers for security and Internet, with mention of ANH debts to these suppliers from fiscal year 2024-2025; sole-supplier delivery for fuel; the original developer of SIGEC 3 for the system update; and a single specialized supplier for holograms and papers, with a stock in use.
