Le Moniteur No. 41, Wednesday 7 March 2018, carrying an arrêté given on 28 February 2018.

Article 1 declares of public utility a property in the commune of Delmas, rue Charles Kawas, Delmas 33, listed by numbered survey markers with X and Y coordinates. Article 2 bans, from publication, all construction, road cutting, subdivision or other use of the soil and any property transaction or transfer across the whole perimeter. Article 3 routes expropriation of title holders, and the recovery of property leased by the State or unduly occupied, through the law of 5 September 1979 on expropriation for public utility and the law of 28 July 1927 amending that of 29 January 1926. Article 4 immediately activates the expert commission provided for by the 1979 law to gather the information and valuations for a just indemnity. Article 5 gives owners and leaseholders fifteen days from publication to lodge their titles and occupation documents with the Direction Générale des Impôts.

The issue also carries an arrêté of 20 February 2018 naming Amoce Auguste Director General of the Office de la Protection du Citoyen.
