The preamble cites constitutional articles 35, 35-1 and 136, the labour code, the organic law of 4 November 1983 on the Ministry of Social Affairs and the law of 10 September 2009 fixing the minimum wage payable in industrial and commercial establishments. Article 2 provides for an ampliation to each member and Article 3 puts execution with the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour.
The Conseil supérieur des Salaires is the body whose recommendation precedes each minimum-wage arrêté, and the corpus holds that series for 2014, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2026 together with the 2009 law. Who sits on the council determines whose evidence reaches the recommendation, which is why the appointment instrument belongs beside the wage arrêtés. The issue also carries an avis approving changes to the statutes of CARIBBEAN M.C TRADING COMPANY (CATCO, S.A.).
